Convince people (mainly young adults) to move to New York City

Issues

• Boring use of type
• Monotonous layout
• Lack of flashy content
• Almost no use of margins not visible to those on 800x600 screens

Things I'm happy with

• Use of imagery
• General visual hierarchy

Things I should mention

• I'm probably going to add some parallax scrolling (using Skrollr)
• I'm going to make the site somewhat responsive
